Pros

Fantastic team and colleagues, great content.

Cons

Very very little movement in terms of career progressions. People stay in similar levels for 10+ years which means that more junior staff do not get the opportunity to grow within their roles.

Pros

Kind people, best in the business IP, some leadership is progressive and open minded, welcoming and excited for the future and how NBCU can and needs to shift to stay relevant

Cons

On the flip side, some leadership feels stagnant and fearful of change
