Pros

good team members , Ok benefits,

Cons

poor management in IT. Only look out for themselves. Do not make any mistakes or it turns into a witch hunt. When you attempt to move upward or lateral they try to stop you in any way possible. When you try to go to school they try and stop you. If it's not related to your current position. Good people are let go for minor reasons the management manufacturers. Desktop Techs waste time doing asset hunt downs and finding lost equipment that was decommissioned long ago. Less work and more digital paperwork to appease upper management. so many more i could say about the IT department but do not have space. They try to screw you when your "Let GO" no severance pay for years of good service over a virus. The stress of losing a job at any given moment is the worst. If you make any mistakes you will find out.

Pros

The company is very large so there are a lot of opportunities in many facets of media. However these will not just fall into your lap. You can't just want it. You have to go earn it (network, collaborate, show your work, talk things up, be good). You still have to get yourself in the door (even if you already work for the company)

Cons

Keeping your head down and working hard is just the foundation, it by itself is not enough. Depending on management structures, you might not have good leadership. Might have to find mentors and collaborators in different parts of the org

Thanks for your feedback! We truly believe our diverse talent provides a very collaborative environment. We are so proud of our large and diverse portfolio, but we understand it can take some getting used to! We suggest you enroll in some of our Employee Resource Groups in order to meet others with common interests and backgrounds across all of our business units. Additionally, our Talent Development team has a variety of career accelerating/enhancing programs that you may be eligible for. Your HR contact should be able to provide you with more details.
