Pros

Good benefits, free theme park tickets and film screenings

Cons

No pay rises and no progression. Management is bad and they created a toxic environment. We did all the work they didn’t want to do and kept all the exciting projects for themselves. They never tried to help develop ourselves and made the work ten times longer and harder because they don’t understand what we do nor do they respect the work we do. You take on more and more work, from people that have left and you’ll get no recognition, no pay, no promotion for it.

Pros

Great work environment, people are great, lots of opportunities to grow

Cons

way underpaid for the amount you need to do (dependent on manager), most EAs will work for 2 or more executives and no you do not get paid more for each additional person.
