Ridiculous surveillance of days in the office. Presenteeism at its worst No consideration of work/life balance. Forced to do extra days to make up for missing the target in previous weeks. Staff morale is at rock bottom. Staff now feel that they can’t even take sick days. Days in the office being used in performance reviews

Great Benefits. Plenty of opportunities for growth. Large Matrix organization across many entertainment areas.

Cons

Continuous cycle of executive management at the C-level turn-over every 5-7 years that repeat the same process of laying off large numbers of people to reduce costs. This also allows executives to hit their target and receive a nice bonus for the savings.

Where to begin... The culture here is unlike anything i've ever experienced. The business teams are too caught up in their own BS and can't claim responsibility for their own jobs. They are SO SO toxic and rude regardless what you do for them. The work seems useless at the end of the day. They have been at the company for several years and they are completely resistant to any change. It is SO siloed and management only cares about themselves. Of course. It's practically impossible to move around internally for some reason which is so odd.
