Pros

XFinity cable package. You pay around $15 for all channels.

Cons

1) This place is toxic. It’s led by incompetent leaders who lack of people skills and made poor decisions placing this division behind its competitors. 2) Job security and morale is on floor. Recent laid offs have everyone on the edge. 3) Zero communication and transparency from the supposedly leaders. 4) You have to be a hypocrite to get someplace and it’s packed with gossipers. 5) Complete disorganization and structure because leaders are not bold and simply want things to be done cheap. 6) No flexible job. Working from home is a joke.

Pros

One of the pros was definitely the benefits package and 401k. As well as the many programs and services available for employees. Honestly if there was better management and engagement, this would be a great place to work.

Cons

Unfortunately, there were many downsides. Although on the outside looking in or surface, the company looks like it has a great, well diverse, accepting culture. However, this was far from my experience. I found that this was a place where being different made you undesirable. There was no training other than group studies put on by some of the employees. This is the 1st place I have been where I was told not to ask for help because it was not anyone's responsibility to have to help you. Futhermore, a manager encouraged me to be a d-bag to others in order to get further in my department.
