Pros

Some of the benefits are great! And, for those to whom this is important, there is always the glamor of working in entertainment.

Cons

GE has taken over and morale has plummeted. That's why I don't work there anymore. Management talks a good game, but they seem to be less concerned about the quality of their product (not to mention how they treat employees) than they are about pinching pennies. As my grandmother used to say, "penny wise and pound foolish"

Pros

Benefits are good. Small perks here and there such as summer short hours. Generous, providing celebrations for employees. Keep you informed of community involvement and volunteer programs. Have many offers for involving employees in self-improvement and business strategies classes.

Cons

Very weak immediate management skills. No support with personal business issues though they encourage the sharing of information. Do not fairly recognize employee contributions, but "thank" the entire staff, regardless of their involvement. Change within company is always threatened. Management policies are changed at the drop of a hat regardless of how it affects employees. Always tightening budgets, yet promoting higher level management to justify increase in salary. Concerns go unnoticed and uncorrected.

Pros

It's a huge comany with several branches in which to grow towards. Great benefits, and an excellent mentor program. I feel that that the company is interested in my professional growth. I've only been here a few months, but already I see a career path that I can work towards. I can see how in a few years I can really grow.

Cons

In my particular office, a downside is the facility. It's pretty old and doesn't have very many windows and things to make the work atmosphere a little more pleasent.
