Pros

Depends on what arm of NBC you work for and what location you are in - but NBC as a whole is worldly recognized - which is great to be part of a company that has that much recognition. Its also got lots of different places to move around within the organization - so you dont have to be stagnant if you are wanting to do something else or try a different division. There is a good amount of work/life balance and the compensation is very much up to par with what the salaries are in the industry.

Cons

Its a big company - a corporation that is concerned about bottom line. Although I was working with a very strong division of NBC, I never got the chance to even see what the top people are that ran the company. They did not get out and meet the people that were working hard to make the corporation money every day. I know they couldnt do that with every employee because its such a big company but there should be some reward for working so hard throughout the year to keep the corporation surviving.

Pros

Get to meet different people everyday, working high profile events. Interacting with multiple departments, company sponsored activities. Employee parties and perks like monthly prizes and tickets to sporting events.

Cons

Not given enough freedom to make own decisions to get things done. If we do good work every day on a daily basis there is no "hey good job, I see our percentage is up" it's you messed up here and there, why didn't this job get done.

Pros

Being able to work with people who are genuinely interested in their jobs, and also being a staple part in allowing audiences or guests become fully engrossed in your work.

Cons

There wasn't any kind of solidarity or confidence in keeping a job without having shady corporate things go on under the table. The people in managerial roles at this company don't work with conscience... They work with their own preferences in mind. I can guarantee that the more Corporate side of NBC is MUCH different, but coming from the Themed Park side of the company, it is a completely different Universe... No pun intended. :)
