Pros

Show staff was incredibly helpful to interns looking to get into television media, relied on interns more heavily than most, and enabled interns to move between shows/departments to get the best perspective of NBC as a whole. Interns also interacted with high-profile guests (politicians, authors, etc.)

Cons

Longer hours than most other internships, but this was offset by the quality of work and experience. Occasionally experienced extended downtime.
