Pros

Exceptional culture, great support from management, opportunities for professional development only limited by individual's desire for growth. "Fun Product" makes coming in to work an enjoyable experience.

Cons

Unfortunately, home entertainment products are in a steady consumer decline. This is an industry whose days are numbered due to digital delivery and the death of rentailers.

Pros

-Great work environment, in a beautiful setting, and world reknowned site. -Good food -Great experience and if you work hard a great platform for career advance and future opportunities and outlets. -If you are truly doing something you are passionate about at NBC Universal then this is a great place to work. If not, you are probably busting your ass somewhere in entry-level, hoping to climb the ladder...good luck

Cons

-Highly competitive -Extreme hierarchical system.
