Pros

Having worked for this company for more than 16 years, starting out as a freelance production artist and working my way up to production manager. I have been very proud to be apart of the team, to help grow, train and work on some amazing print campaigns.

Cons

As with any internal graphic design agency, with high job turn around expectations, it can be stressful at times, might be asked to work weekends on occasion and working OT is part of the package. With this in mind - job / life balance is unbalanced.

Pros

As studios go, Universal is a nice studio. Beyond that, I really can't add a whole lot more.

Cons

Serious lack of competent management and much of it at the very senior levels.
