Driven employees, excellent location, good perks. This being a major corporation, there is no shortage of quality business resources and opportunities.

Cons

While an overall comfortable workplace, my particular department was made up of money-minded individuals who had less-than-satisfactory organizational and communication skills.

Working for a large company that has good benefits. Met some really great people. Good salary. Chance to work on larger projects and easy enough to network.

Cons

Organizational structure is a mess. Lack of clear focus, and project management is lacking. Every division is a silo so it is hard to get everyone on board with the same agenda.
