Good people, good benefits and exciting products

Cons

Too many changes in owners causes confusion. There was a change in focus almost every other year.

Fun to work in 30 Rock Great supervisors Many facilities being updated and renovated

Cons

Terrible pay and not many raises Company pride is forced and overdone Talent is paid far too much compared to production staff for the amount of work done by both Not much room for advancement (to be expected) Most of HR is like a high school clique - immature and not very helpful

If you go in at a more senior level, it's quite easy to advance. However, if you're at a more junior level there is little room for upward mobility since it is such a large company.

Cons

You feel like just a number and a cog in the wheel.
