Pros

Decent hours, higher compensation than most media companies, lots of interesting and innovative projects to work on

Cons

Very political environment, senior leaders prefer to let groups battle it out amongst themselves rather than settle turf wars. Difficult to get buy in for projects because of so many fiefdoms and unknown "ownership" of initiatives

Pros

You meet a lot of people. You get to absorb everything around you. You get a decent amount of overtime. Looks great on your resume.

Cons

No moving up from this specific position unless you want to be a coordinator for audience. Management is really on your case.
