Pros

Lots of resources for projects, and the people are nice. No back stabbers just hard working decent people. News junkie's so if that's your thing this is the place for you.

Cons

There are a lot of older players here and the union can be a real drag. I'm specifically referring to the local news organization in chicago. Do away with the union and people will thrive. There can be a bunch of red tape too.

Lots of change, which presents opportunities in different parts of the company. Everyone will have a different experience depending on which part of the company you work in. The division to work in = cable, the worst = theme parks.

Salaries can be a bit on the low side
