Great company, good pay and benefits, occasional happy hours and parties. A lot of young, talented and interesting people.

Cons

Love the company, hate the management. If you try to be creative, you will not be heard because the people above you tend to make final decisions and usually do what they want to do without thinking outside the box.

Too many interview contacts to meet with. Extremely long process - ended up going to a different company because the process took too long.
