Pros

working on television while being in a fast paced work environment. Also being able to work in a television studio and build shows from scratch.

Cons

long long hours that are extremely stressful and no matter if i had 3 shows the previous week its what have you done for me in the last 20 minutes. constantly micro managed.

Pros

Professional equipment, no junk. Comfortable working conditions. Great security. Payment on time, at the Network level. Management tends to leave you alone, so long as you don't screw up.

Cons

Competition within The Building was tough. Fee payments not as fast at the Local Channel 4 level. AFTRA allowed a No-Strike clause, so we could not honor NABET's picket lines.
