Pros

Its NBC enough said. Between all the perks of working at the company you really feel like you belong there and become loyal to the organization. They do have a great training program for newbies and everyone really belongs in the culture which helps.

Cons

Very corporate. I wish they would relax a bit it would really help the creative juices. Also in my division advancement was no existent which was frustrating because many of us worked there for years without any merit increases which became a problem after a while.
