Pros

Great Intern program. They have professional development sessions to go along with your experience in your department.

Cons

The only thing I would say is a con is that the internship is not long enough.

Pros

Working at Rockefeller Center has many amenities and conveniences. The hiring managers, and Executive Producers, are experienced, mature, and OLDER than 40 for the most part. It seems like a place where a mature and experienced person can thrive, as opposed to many of the other production shops in town that seem to want to hire just out of college, inexperienced people at lower pay scales.

Cons

The position is freelance, and only gets renewed for 12-13 weeks at a time. However there are some people who have remained there for over 2-3 years at this project by project basis.
