Great when you are working under the right management who knows how to supervise a project correctly. Fun environment'! Great co-workers.

Bad office politics. Supervisors who like to micromanage. No bonus and hardly ever any pay raises

Pros

HR is constantly looking for ways to involve all employees in a community setting. The managers I've worked with are great and the people are friendly, overall. Retention rate is high and constant.

Cons

The work is constant and there's not too much time to take breathers, at least in the department I work for. Everything is fast-paced. On the flip side of that, the day goes by quickly.
