Pros

I have worked for other entertainment studios in the past, this one was by far the best. It is a large company, which makes you feel like you're part of something big, but there are so many different projects going on and so many jobs being done that you can really focus on the little things. The back lot is a lot of fun too.

Cons

Since it is a big studio, getting around is sometimes difficult. You better get a golf cart!

Pros

Encouraged open environment, nice to know almost everyone that works here, constantly striving to do better, often investing in new equipment to make everyone's jobs easier day to day

Cons

Pay is fairly low for the area/amount of work done, some communication issues, too many "yes" people, lack of appearance from some management sometimes

Pros

Great brands; fantastic platform to launch new products and businesses; breadth of exposure to various aspects of the industry.

Cons

Constantly changing management priorities. Jostling for power amongst senior management team. People hired with a certain job responsibilities, but those responsibilities were not cleared up across the board prior to hiring, so the new hires had to struggle to fulfill their goals.
