Poor managers in the business that are residual from Ploygram/GE days No focus on the international business Company communicates as a domestic business vs an international business No sense of a digital strategy Company limits its payscale to only pay talent the median of benchmarked roles

Sooo top heavy. 1 VP will have 1 or 2 employees. And in some divisions, there are almost more VP then workers.
