Pros

Pros include internal mobility and career growth, a strong leadership team, investment in talent and in the business and most of all, the opportunity to work with smart, creative, passionate people.

Cons

Work-life balance doesn't exist in many areas of the company but such is the case with most companies that are fast-paced, progressive and at the top of their game.

Pros

Salaries are good and very enterprising business units.

Cons

A lot of changes within company due to newer ownership by Comcast. Will be interesting to see the progression.

Pros

The health benefits and time off policies are quite good as are some of the internal perks.

Cons

The compensation is adequate, not great. The training opportunities are very limited. and not easy to move internally. Office moral is low.
