Great facilities and benefits. Amazing people. Huge company with lots of opportunity for growth.

Cons

Managers won't force you to learn and move up. You have to do it on your own.

Fun environment, coworkers and products. Challenging and rewarding. Good benefits (medical, financial and perks)

Cons

Work long hours, large company makes communication difficult, entertainment industry does not pay very well.

Pros

Great pay, great benefits, good amount of vacation/sick days. Everyone has a good attitude and is allowed a good level of autonomy when it comes to getting their work done.

Cons

Traffic could be a slog, but honestly, that was it for me.
