      Great benefits, free internet (if in Comcast footprint), good work life balance, ERGs, impactful work.

      Cons

      Certain parts of the organization has an old school mentality, promotions are not often so growth in career often means a lateral move.

      Pros

      employees are respectful and there is healthy environment for life outside of work. lots of employee appreciation events and celebrations for major media events, i.e. Olympics, Wicked premiere, etc. many employees who are well above 15+ years in tenure with depth of knowledge, with flexible growth opportunities across and above.

      Cons

      although there are many DEI-related events hosted for employees, the employee pool itself lacks diversity in demographics.
