      Very stable job, talented and creative colleagues, good benefits and perks.

      Cons

      Some bureaucracy, naturally, with an organization this size, especially in the government. How much may depend a great deal on your management. Heavy process driven and slow to adapt to new ways of doing things in some areas.

      Chill environment, nice people, happy hours, great research, secure area, held seminars throughout the whole summer, they pay you well

      Cons

      Old buildings, old labs, old equipment, not all of the equipment works, expensive area to live in, old dorms/lodging that are overpriced
