      Pros

      Great diversity of projects. You can be part of a critical missions that NASA is working on. You do need to take initiative to get significant roles.

      Cons

      Ames being small Center doesn't always provide opportunity to manage huge missions. You have to basically accept a detail to another Center for major roles in NASA missions.
