Pros
Phenomenal workforce. Everyone believes in the mission and is dedicated to their job.
Cons
Not the best pay or benefits, especially if you are a contractor and not civil servant, which a majority of NASA’s workforce is. The rotating shift work as a flight controller is hard especially if you have kids.
