Pros

Laptop, cell phone, ability to work from home if approved, make your own schedule, tee in break room, awesome coworkers.

Cons

I was being paid less due to not having a BA however have more than 5 years case management experience. I was more competent in the position than most people in CC position who had their BA.

Pros

the staff there is really trust worthy, and really easy to get along with. kind of people you would actually hang with.

Cons

terrible management, tons of favoritism going around. people get promoted based on how well they are liked, not if they are capable of the job. which more often than not, they are not capable, just liked by the person hiring. management takes out petty issues they have with workers and use that against you and claim it as work performance. there was a time i would of given them 5 stars. but, due to recently changes in management, the moral has been decreasing ever since.
