      Pros

      401(k) match, which is hard to find now a days, good amount of PTO, tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities that allow the staff to grow within the organization. Management values the hard work and provide incentives and bonuses. Hybrid schedule and good company values including diversity and inclusion. The organization's mission is creating an impact in the lives of the clients that are served, wish we can see more clients as there are more people in need who could benefit from NADAP's programs.

      Some sense of belonging got lost during the pandemic while working remotely.

      Pros

      Staff are extremely dedicated to our mission. My colleagues have also shown tremendous resiliency and determination especially during the last few years of the pandemic, adapting quickly to remote schedules and maintaining services. Management also clearly cares about us and is vested in our professional development. I'm proud to be at NADAP for over 3 years and know many of my peers feel the same.

      Cons

      NADAP does so much for so many and because of all the different kinds of health care and employment services and programs it is sometimes challenging to fully appreciate the impact and difference my peers in different units than mine are undoubtedly making. I also look forward to the opportunity to reunite as one company in person at future post pandemic events.
