      Sinking ship which needs heavy support (Tuas Plant)

      Pros

      - Supportive members especially seniors - You wont be penalized for mistakes as long as you report it properly on time - Good for people who starting their career - Good medical benefits

      Cons

      - This plant was acquired by murata from Sony so there are lot of rearrangements going on - Product is fighting against global market where constant profit was not achieved - Mid career or seniors find difficult to switch jobs especially manufacturing engineering team - More of repeated tasks and don't have room for full fledged manufacturing engineer role so difficult to find other jobs with this experience
