      Hands on experience for engineers. Culture is okay. Teams support each other

      No one in the company knows where the company is heading too. All the battery model after Murata took over where failure. Company in verge off writing off.

      Pros

      The coworkers are well educated and dedicated to the work. The work life balance is good. Managers trust their employees. Location is good from the access point of view.

      Cons

      1) Management inexperience with semiconductor processing. 2) Most of the engineers come directly from the university or some academic research institute. They have not seen how other companies operate. Therefore, the collective breadth of experience is limitedand the company does not benefit from best industry practices, which you can only get if people change jobs in the industry.
