      Pros

      Currently, working atmosphere has been improved and we can work with good relation ships with not only depart members but also all other members at division.

      Cons

      Compared with other electric maker, bonus is relatively lower. Promotion test to manager is too hard so that so many employee does not go up to manager position. Assessment method is not convincing because of comparative assessment.
