      Good start for fresh graduates

      Pros

      Good pay scale due to freedom of OT. A lot of knowledge you can learn and is beneficial especially for fresh grads.

      Cons

      Higher management very messy in terms of finalising their decisions. Work credit usually given to people who only appear good but are basically useless instead of those who actually did the job right.
