      Cheap food, plus staffs are kind of friendly

      Cons

      Unable to get out of the office for lunch, no Friday prayers for Muslim staff but they do have a place to pray inside. Ineffective OJT method. Location a lil bit too far.

      Clock in/out system (late = minus pay) Unstructured training (mostly OJT) Poor workload management by superiors Understaffed, high workload at times High turnover, remaining staff have to suffer Mediocre Pay/benefits Slow career progression

      Honestly there is almost nothing.

      Cons

      Extreme micromanagement. Team leaders will exploit production team beyond working targets for the day to look good in front of higherups. Bad company culture where everyone is out for everyone’s throats
