      -Work-life balance -Friendly work culture with little office politics -Provides opportunity for job rotation

      Cons

      -Japan-centric work culture, ie: Japan's initiatives are better, easier to get buy-in, etc -Limited real learning as we only look within internal company (Japan or other affiliates) -The company has many good standards & practices, but it's not aligned with general market standard (not recognizable in general industry)
