      Good environment for fresh graduate to learn their system in operation Get to learn the traditional ways to do things at first and get the opportunity to improve it Environment enable me to become independent in self learning Get the chance to learn Japanese language

      With a structure company with so many staff to be taken care, there are many challenges and limitation to be considered. Therefore the company will not be able to provide special treatment like counter offer to retent their staff Even though mention not necessary do not need to know Japanese language but eventually with certain words can't be translate fully into English resulted in expectation un-match
