      Pros

      Most engineering company would require working exp. So getting into a good company will be hard for new grads. Thankfully Murata seems to be quite lenient and easy get into.

      Cons

      Alot of favouritism towards foreign workers. And the pay wise, if you not doing shift work, its not worth it for the workload.
