      Colleagues are helpful and good to work around with.

      Cons

      Management does not recognise hard work from their lower ranking staff. Management does not know how to handle KPI and problem solving. Too many foreigner managers that bring their own culture here expecting locals adapt to them.

      Cons

      Managers with blue collar mindset of micro management and inefficient communication of expectations. Capable in doing work alone to rise the ranks but not capable of leading a team. Majority old timers with fixed mindset.
