      Employee care is great, inefficiencies let it down

      Pros

      Generous package and benefits, talented coworkers, employee care and support is great. Never had a call or email outside of working hours.

      Cons

      It will depend on the the team but it's a typical corporate agile environment, bureaucracy is obstructive at times and things move very slowly.
