Nothing not to like. Management is very open and honest, put their employees in a position to succeed. Young and energetic staff

Cons

There are virtually no cons specific to MARC that wouldn't apply to any other corporate job.

Pros

This was once a wonderful company with great benefits, happy staff and endless opportunities. Benefits are now OK, not great.

Cons

There are few opportunities here. They have flattened the organization so much, it is very difficult to move ahead. The tendency is to give you more responsibility with no promotion and no increase.

Pros

Great benefits, great office location. The company also has a decent variety of companies within it's group, so if you get bored there is potential to jump around.

Cons

All major decisions seem to have to be confirmed by the European masters, which can stifle flexibility. Fairly strict on the pay scales as well...
