Great benefits and a very strong team culture. My experience there was full of people willing to help each other, and highly supportive managers that foster your growth.

Cons

Working on Enterprise accounts in another country was a challenge especially if you aren't the primary POC for those relationships. There's a steep learning curve but if you can hop on, you're pretty much set.
