Pros

The people here are great to work with. The work is challenging, the customers are high-profile, and the opportunities to grow are abundant. The benefits were excellent, which would probably be the hardest thing to leave (if I ever wanted to) since they are such a huge plus for a large family.

Cons

Salesforce is really starting to get involved with MuleSoft's business. It's not all bad, but for a company with so much energy and such a history of excellence in execution, it can feel a little intrusive when people from the "mothership" start questioning how we do things.

MuleSoft is an amazing place to work for someone ambitious and focused on results. We deliver amazing things for our customers and benefit hugely from our relationships with the rest of the Salesforce team.

Cons

The market is changing and the company needs to deliver a product strategy which defends against this.
