      Great built out processes, challenging and socrative style learning.

      Cons

      hyper growth inevitably leads to loss of culture and community. This was also during the pandemic so take with a grain of salt.

      Great work environment, they cultivate amazing teams of smart and driven coworkers. Salesforce really provides of employees with every possible benefit, monthly wellness days and an amazing office. Great compensation and tons of opportunities to advance. They make sure you have a good work/life balance and want you to progress into another role.

      Cons

      ADR role obviously can be a challenge but they work so hard to support and uplift you and make sure everything is attainable.
