      Pros

      - Great opportunity ahead - Lot of momentum in the business - Honest about when things aren't working out and a genuine desire to change them - Good, experienced leaders at the helm - It's a genuine, down to earth culture and not much BS

      Cons

      - Have made a couple of hiring mistakes in the past which has somewhat dented the culture. These are being resolved now though

      Great team in EMEA, bright and genuine people. Exciting environment with phenomenal growth and opportunity. Recognition for going the extra mile. Transparent and open company/leadership.

      Cons

      some areas for operational improvement in HR, benefits, process but these are openly being addressed by leadership and well communicated

      Pros

      Fast paced organisation, results driven, don't take ourselves to seriously either. Been a great experience thus far. Training is an exceptional and we work in a growing and VERY interesting market.

      Cons

      This environment is not right for people if you are not - clever, disciplined, thick skinned. If you are those things and enjoy challenge, it's great.
