- Good base salary - Big company, many things to learn - People are respectful and there is a good work climate - Great work/balance

Cons

- As a big company it takes a lot of time to be productive - Lots of processes to deal with to achieve simple things - Sometimes there's a lot of work and it can be stressful, but you can take the unlimited PTO to rest
