Business Outlook
Pros
Great compensation. Strong, exciting product that delivers great value to customers. The product itself is challenging, so fun to learn and NOT boring. Great people, and the legacy MuleSoft culture is really good.
Cons
As Salesforce absorbs MuleSoft more and more, its unique identity is diminished. Focus on cost cutting is understandable, but hard decisions (like layoffs) are painful. Leadership is very slow to make decisions. Women leaders face challenges that men do not.
