Pros

MuleSoft has all of the perks of being a Salesforce Company and still has a sense of "independence".

Cons

Not many. There is some pain around who is the point of contact with specific customers. It is difficult because a customer will have a Salesforce "Core" Rep but will also have a MuleSoft Rep.

Pros

- Enjoy Salesforce benefits like other SF subsidiaries - Teams are generally nice and helpful - Everyone work on their territory, better team environment

Cons

- Hard target to reach after 2023 Q1 lay off - Mulesoft product is hard to sell due to its niche nature - Not much guidance from management, you are fighting on your own.
