      Pros

      Free lunches twice a week. Good on-boarding (albeit very similar to another giant IT co. !) flat structure. Good concept

      Cons

      Expectation to work 12-14 hours a day. No structure. Inexperienced people managers who walk around with their shoes off as if its their home - very unproffesional. Very strong culture of who's back you scratch! The senior leadership have a poor vision of the reality.

      Pros

      The company is growing very fast, so enormous amount of opportunity. Both to grow into management position, and to work up the individual contributor ladder. Team members are really solid and work hard. Great downtown location, yoga and lunch benefits.

      Cons

      Fast growth means that there is a lot of work to do and sometimes things that are fundamental are deprioritized in favor of new features. This is, however, getting better.

      Great company - People there is really commited to develop a great product. The salary is not the best of the market but is really good. Excelent to people who is looking for a company to learn a lot.

      Cons

      Is not easy to grow in the company.
