Remote work: I can take my laptop and go wherever I want, without even notifying anyone. As long as I have good wifi, I'm free to travel at any time. Also, unlimited vacations: I know I can take as much time off as I need (for real!) just as long as I plan it in advance so none of my co-workers gets impacted because I'm out

Cons

There's always so many different things to choose to work on, that it can get difficult to set priorities. Also, you absolutely need to master your time management skills. You are responsible for how you spend your own time
