I am just over a month into my new role at Motorola Solutions, and I am incredibly happy with my decision to join the company. From the very first day, I received a genuinely warm welcome from everyone I've interacted with. There's a strong, supportive culture that you feel immediately. What really impressed me was the onboarding process. It was remarkably smooth, clear, and well-organized. I never felt lost or overwhelmed. The company has clearly invested in making it easy for new hires to get settled. All the information, applications, and tools needed to make your work easier are readily available and accessible.
